As a member of the broader Roche Finance Community, you will be a trusted partner to the business, helping to shape our long-term direction and deliver outstanding value to patients.We are looking for talented, flexible & committed candidates with a desire to grow in responsibilities below and excited to join the innovative and complex pharmaceutical industry.As a Financial Analyst, you will:Assist in maintaining robust financial controls, conducting basic variance analysis, managing cost centers and master data, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations and internal policies to safeguard assets and ensure accurate financial reportingSupport the affiliate's financial forecasting (Sales & OPEX) and assist in resource allocation decisionsHelp monitor and provide transparency on financial performance, track key metrics, identify deviations from targets, and assist in proposing corrective actions to ensure business objectives are metEntrepreneurial Mindset to identify opportunities for simplification and efficiency gains, support continuous process improvements, and contribute to the automation and digitalization of finance and business processesWork closely with business teams to support their operations and provide data-supported insightsGain a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, market dynamics, and key business drivers, enabling effective financial steering and strategic decision-makingWho You AreWe are looking for a professional who is organized, strategically focused, and able to thrive in a constantly evolving environment, curious and eager to learn.The minimum qualifications required to be successful in the role are:A minimum of an undergraduate degree in Business, Commerce, Finance, or Economics. A professional qualification such as Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Accountant (CA), Associate Chartered Accountant qualification (ACA), or Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) is a plus2-4 years of relevant experience in a Finance Business Partnering, Controlling, or similar strategic finance role. Experience in Pharmaceutical companies is a plus. Open to work internationally and having a global careerFluent in both Swedish and English (written and spoken) Technical Skills:Good understanding of Corporate Finance, Financial Modelling, and data analysisExperience with SAP and the Microsoft Office suiteProficiency in data mining and data visualization tools is highly desirable Core Competencies:Meticulous, independent, proactive, and able to meet deadlinesStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a talent for translating data into insightsGood communication skills, both written and verbalA team player with a willingness to learn and contributeAn experimental and agile mindset, focused on the customer and continuous improvementIf you are ready to contribute your expertise to a cause that matters, we encourage you to apply!Who we areA healthier future drives us to innovate.
