Their role will involve collaborating closely with Commercial and Finance teams as well as external partners. Within this role they will be responsible for completing commercial admin tasks accurately and in a timely and compliant manner. They will also be responsible for driving process improvements to ensure the best possible support can be given to our Commercial team to further drive the business forward.Key ResponsibilitiesTrade Promotion System ReportingTrade investment ledger management and invoice matchingAudit claim management – managing existing claims and preventing future onesClaims for credits and damagesPricingRebate loading and admin including reconciliation on quarterly basisAged accrual reviews and related post close commentaryAccrual releasesNew line forms/admin related to NPDTransfer order managementSampling for auditsAdditional channel specific responsibilities may also be a part of the Analyst roleProcess ImprovementsAd hoc work as per business needs.Desired QualificationsWhat we are looking forProfessional Finance Qualification (e.g AAT, ACCA, CIMA, ACA etc.)Degree level educated or equivalentProficient spoken and written use of the English languageExperience And SkillsProcess improvement mindsetExperience of managing and improving controls and working with audit and compliance teamsAttention to detailExcellent communicator and collaboratorGood systems knowledge and ability to understand technical details related to systemsIf you are an individual with a disability, please check our Disability Assistance page for information on how to request an accommodation.
