Financial Analyst

We’re now looking for a talented Financial Analyst to join our FP&A team and help shape the financial insights that guide our global strategy.As a Financial Analyst at JBTM, you will play a critical role in supporting our financial planning and analysis efforts. You will work closely with senior management to provide financial insights and help drive strategic decision-making. Your analytical skills and attention to detail will be essential in forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting.The FP&A Analyst will conduct finance analysis of JBTM Group with the purpose to respond pro-actively to (ad-hoc) and requests from CEO, CFO and other members of the Executive Team (ET).What You’ll DoSupport monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reportingRun variance analyses and identify trends, risks, and opportunitiesPlay a key role in our strategic and operational planning cyclesBuild financial models for business cases and strategic initiativesMonitor KPIs and translate insights into meaningful recommendationsPrepare presentations and insights for senior leadership, including the Executive TeamConduct scenario analyses to evaluate business decisionsDrive improvements in financial processes, tools, and reportingWhat You BringBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or similar2–4 years’ experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or related rolesStrong analytical skills and financial modeling capabilitiesAbility to communicate complex financial information clearly and confidentlyHigh attention to detail and a proactive, improvement-oriented mindsetExperience in multicultural, cross-functional environmentsBonus: Familiarity with consolidation or planning tools (e.g., OneStream)Why JBT Marel?At JBT Marel, your work contributes to smarter, safer, and more sustainable food production worldwide.
