We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our Regional Finance team, supporting the GCEE region. Reporting directly to the Regional CFO, this role will be responsible for providing high-quality financial analyses, insights, and reports to support strategic decision-making at the regional and C-level management. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, organized, and comfortable working with complex datasets across multiple markets and business units.Main duties and responsibilities:Support the Regional CFO and senior management by preparing insightful financial analyses, management reports, and presentations for strategic decision-makingConsolidate and analyze financial data from GCEE countries, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of reportingPerform detailed variance analyses (actual vs. budget, forecast, and prior periods) to identify key business trends, risks, and opportunitiesPrepare financial models and scenario analyses to support business planning, forecasting, and investment decisionsCollaborate closely with local finance teams and business leaders to gather relevant financial information and ensure alignment with regional objectivesMonitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across markets and provide actionable insights to improve efficiency and profitabilitySupport preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports and presentations for regional and global leadershipContribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes, tools, and reporting standards across the regionSupport ad-hoc financial projects, analyses, and presentations as requested by the Regional CFO or senior leadershipWhat we expect from you:University degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field2+ years of relevant experience in financial analysis, controlling, or business finance (regional or multinational environment preferred)Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to interpret complex dataExcellent command of Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data visualization) and experience with financial modelingExperience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a plusStrong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely to senior stakeholdersFluent in English (both written and spoken); knowledge of another regional language is an advantageAbility to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic regional environmentWhat you will get from us:Hybrid or remote model of workDaily shift (9 am – 5 pm, Monday to Friday)Private health insuranceBenefit package available to all our employees (free day and a gift for birthday, discounts with our partners from different industries...)A collaborative and supportive international team environment focused on continuous improvement and professional growthIf you want to give yourself a try in the new role, apply and join us!Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
