Together, we co-create moments that matter – both for our audiences and our employees – and aim to leave a positive mark on culture.Overview and Responsibilities:This Corporate FP&A position will support the preparation of weekly/monthly/quarterly financial deliverables for Paramount C-Level executives and our Corporate Parent.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Support planning activities for Filmed Entertainment, including coordination with Business Units to prepare the Long Range Plan, annual Budget, forecast updates, and various ad hoc analysesMaintain financial models to forecast revenues and costs on a film-by-film basisPrepare summaries of actual and forecast results for review by senior managementConduct sensitivity analyses to estimate the impact of various risks and opportunities with respect to forecast resultsPlay a key role in the preparation of Paramount’s annual Budget financial presentation materials to Corporate ParentLiaise with Business Unit Finance, Accounting and C-Level Executives in support of the Corporate Planning processAssist in preparation of any ad hoc materials as requested by the parent company or internal managementBasic Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance2–3+ years of relevant experience in a financial planning environmentAdditional Qualifications:Strong financial modeling Excel capabilities and understanding of financial statementsProficient in Excel & PowerpointWorking knowledge of Hyperion and Essbase preferredExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to interface with various professionals at all levelsGood organizational and time-management skillsTeam player with a demonstrated ability to operate in a cross-functional team environmentEntertainment or media industry experience strongly preferredFounded in 1912, Paramount Pictures works with talented filmmakers to produce and distribute entertainment around the world. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
