Job Responsibilities: Collecting and analyzing data for companys operational costs (operation orders)Setting, Developing and analyzing standard costs depending on feedback.Establishing costs allocation for all business processes such as materials, labor and other administration costs,Manage and coordinate the key financial measures (revenue, gross profit, expense, profit and cash), and also advise on cost reducing techniquesCheck costs, allocations assigned with Trial balance to ensure accuracy of his/her recordings.comparing the company's performance across different periods to gain insights into its financial healthTrack receivables, follow up customer collections, report discrepanciesPreparing control reports and presenting their findings to managementCoordinating with warehouse, purchasing and sales staff to manage inventory levels, forecasting supply needs based on trends and demand patternsProcessing and documenting, invoicing damaged inventory and coordinating repairs or disposalUsing inventory management software and systems to track and analyze inventory trends and performanceAssist in the preparation of financial reportsMaster data creation for Profit centers and Cost centers on ERP SAP system Job Requirements:Bachelors degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.1 - 3 years of experience in accounting or finance.Strong analytical skills.Proficiency in Excel/Sheets and PowerPoint.One to three years of experience in financial analysis, financial modeling, is preferred.Proficiency in using SAP is preferred.
