The Bulgarian company has established itself as a modern hub for a wide range of business operations, including: a Distribution Center for Eastern Europe, Commercial organization, as well as a boutique Shared Services Center and a European IT Competence Center.is seeking to recruit a motivated Financial Analystto join our FP&A Team, part of Shared Service CentreScope of the position: In this position you will be involved in preparing reports for management purposes; developing financial models, analyses, and forecasts; reporting and analyzing the company’s financial indicators ensuring the timely and accurate reporting.If you love analyzing data, have understanding of financial processes, and are keen to learn and grow, we encourage you to apply! Your responsibilities: Commercial planning / budgeting - support the preparation of sales forecasts and plans for commercial organizations by providing data and active participation in annual planning process and provision of regular or ad hoc reports on forecasted revenues and expenses.Commercial actual reporting & analysis - review and analyze data in SAP and Management Reporting Systems relevant to the countries under direct financial support.Business support - actively support business leaders in driving business outcomes:Provide, monitor, and analyze profitability reports, support the achievement of acceptable profit levels at the category and product line level.Support business decision making process by providing 4C analysis: country / channels / categories / customers.Contribute to company projects by delivering financial analyses. Identify business opportunities and risks, as well as support the business to use the opportunities and avoid the risks.Controlling activities – ensure compliance with Group policies and approval levels, ensure cost control.Support of implementation of Group-wide initiatives by providing relevant financial analysis and reports.Keep confidentiality and high safety standards.Your profileEducation: University degree, major in Finance or Accounting or comparable;Experience: 3 years of experience in financial analysis; forecasts; audits or financial controlling;Language skills: Fluency in English; Technical Skills:Proficiency in MS Excel and other BI tools;Experience with financial reporting systems (TM1, Hyperion) would be considered a great advantage;High level of computer literacy; competency in SAP or other ERP system is a plus.Soft Skills:Excellent analytical and problem solving skills;Numerical aptitude and account tracking skills;Excellent communication and presentation skills;Change management skills, proactivity;Meeting deadlinesAbility to work effectively both on your own and as part of a larger team.We offer you:Challenging and responsible position in a team of highly qualified professionals;Opportunities for development within an international production company;Benefits:Hybrid way of working (office location: Sevlievo)additional medical insurancemeal voucherscompany-sponsored bus transportation from / to Gabrovo and Veliko Tarnovo.Are you ready to shape the future with us?Apply now!
