Our products are more affordable and more sustainable than their dairy equivalents.About The PositionLocation: KarachiHybridTo be successful in this role within the Workplace and Travel Services (WTS) team, you’ll need a strong foundation in financial management, including experience with procurement systems like Ariba and financial platforms such as SAP. A proactive, structured approach is essential, along with sharp analytical skills and high attention to detail to manage budgets and optimize processes across areas like real estate, travel, fleet, and IT services. Excellent communication skills in English—both written and verbal—are key for engaging with global and regional stakeholders, controllers, and vendors. You should be tech-savvy, comfortable with Excel and Power BI, and able to align financial data across systems including workplace management tools. Success in this role also requires a go-getter mindset, a passion for continuous improvement, and the ability to create structure in complex environments while driving efficiency and cost control globally.So, what does it take to be successful in this role? Financial Expertise & Systems KnowledgeProven experience managing budgets (€4M centrally, €50–60M globally)Strong understanding of procurement systems (e.g., Ariba) and financial platforms (e.g., SAP)Skilled in forecasting, budgeting, and CAPEX investment processesProcess Optimization & Analytical ThinkingAbility to streamline financial workflows from contract to paymentSharp analytical mindset with high accuracy and attention to detailExperience improving workplace support processes and systemsStakeholder Engagement & CommunicationExcellent English communication skills (written and verbal)Comfortable working with global and regional leads, controllers, and vendorsCapable of translating financial data into actionable insights for decision-makersTech-Savvy & Data-DrivenProficient in Excel and Power BI for quick analysis and reportingAbility to align financial data across internal and external systemsProactive & Structured Work StyleSelf-starter with a go-getter attitude and ownership mindsetOrganized and process-focused, able to create structure in complex environmentsPassion for continuous improvement and operational excellenceLooking for an experience of at least 6 to 9 years, preferably in FP&A functions.What’s NextIf this position sounds interesting, please hit the apply button now!
