We bring solutions to physicians by providing constant enhancement of our products and services including EHR, practice management, marketing, patient coordination and billing.Job summary We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Business Analyst with at least 5 years of experience in evaluating and analyzing financial performance and business operations. This role is critical in driving financial insights while also identifying gaps, inefficiencies, and areas of improvement across our business and operational processes.The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and has strong financial modeling and analytical skills, with a background in Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) and/or health-tech industries. The Financial Business Analyst will partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver financial analysis, develop strategies, and recommend data-driven solutions that support operational efficiency and sustainable growth. Key ResponsibilitiesConduct in-depth financial analysis, including modeling, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and ROI assessmentsEvaluate and analyze business and financial operations to identify risks, gaps, and opportunities for efficiency and growthDevelop, monitor, and interpret financial and operational performance metrics, KPIs, and dashboardsPartner with leadership to design and implement process improvements that drive financial and operational scalabilitySupport strategic decision-making by assessing the financial impact of business initiatives across Product, Sales, and OperationsResearch industry trends, benchmarks, and best practices in SaaS and health-tech to inform financial and business recommendationsPrepare clear, concise financial reports and presentations that communicate actionable insights to stakeholdersEnsure compliance with financial standards, policies, and internal controls. QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred)Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Financial Analyst, Business Analyst, or in a hybrid role combining bothProven ability to perform financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting at a high levelExperience analyzing and improving business processes, with a strong understanding of operational inefficienciesBackground in SaaS or health-tech industries preferredProficiency with BI and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker)Advanced skills in Excel, with experience in accounting/finance platforms such as QuickBooks, Xero, and SQL-based analysisStrong communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial information to non-financial stakeholdersCritical thinker and problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment Job type: Full Time - RemoteHours:  Available during standard US business hours (9am-5pm EST or 8:30am-4:30pm EST)This job description is intended to describe the general requirements for the position.  It is not a complete statement of duties, responsibilities or requirements.  Other duties not listed here may be assigned as necessary to ensure proper operations of the department. WRS Health is an equal opportunity employer.
