Role Description This full-time, on-site Financial Controller position is based in Djibouti. The Financial Controller will oversee all financial operations, including financial reporting, budgeting, auditing, and compliance management. Day-to-day tasks include preparing and analyzing financial statements, managing cash flow, supervising accounting staff, ensuring adherence to financial regulations, and developing financial policies and procedures. Additionally, the Financial Controller will collaborate with leadership to support strategic decision-making and provide insights into financial performance. Qualifications Strong expertise in Financial Reporting, Budgeting, and Cash Flow ManagementProficiency in Auditing, Compliance Management, and Financial Policy DevelopmentSolid understanding of Accounting Principles and Financial AnalysisExcellent problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skillsProficiency in financial software and tools, with advanced skills in Microsoft ExcelBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferredExperience in dynamic and fast-paced environments; previous experience in the consulting industry is a plusStrong attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines
