We believe that “double materiality is essential.” Leveraging our expertise in credit and ESG, we aim to become a European leader in sustainable finance and the European agency for double materiality.About the Role We are looking for an experienced Financial Controller to join our Finance team. Reporting to the Group CFO, you will play a key role in providing accurate financial and operational insights to support strategic decision-making across the organization.This position is primarily based in Lyon, near Part-Dieu, reinforcing our expertise hub, with regular travel to Paris (approximately once every 2–4 weeks) and occasional trips to Germany and Spain.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare accurate and relevant financial and operational performance reports for management and stakeholders.Supervise monthly reporting with the Group’s European subsidiaries.Lead annual budgeting and forecasting processes.Contribute to business plans and financial models; actively participate in strategic operations.Identify trends and opportunities to improve financial and operational performance.Collaborate with operational teams to assess project performance, including margin analysis.Drive continuous improvement of financial processes and data quality.Support Finance Department projects and initiatives.What You’ll Bring Education: Master’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field.Experience: Proven track record in financial controlling, including expertise in financial modelling, budgeting, revenue tracking, cost control, and group-level accounting.Strong knowledge of performance indicators and ability to design and monitor KPIs.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in an international environment.Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.Ability to organize meetings, prepare presentations, and engage with senior stakeholders.Autonomy and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.Advanced proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools; experience with financial management software.Fluent in French and English; proficiency in German or Spanish is a plus.Position DetailsContract Type: Permanent (CDI)Location: Lyon (near Part-Dieu), with regular travel to Paris.Start Date: January 2026
