As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations, ensuring accuracy in reporting, and providing strategic insights to drive business growth.Manage all aspects of financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statementsDevelop and maintain robust internal control systems to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulationsLead the budgeting and forecasting processes, providing variance analysis and recommendationsOversee cash flow management and optimize working capitalCollaborate with senior management to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-makingImplement and maintain financial systems and processes to enhance efficiency and accuracyDevelop and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor financial health and operational efficiencyQualificationsMaster's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related fieldMinimum of 6 years of experience in financial controlling, preferably in a multinational environmentStrong knowledge of IFRS and local accounting standardsProficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skillsExcellent financial modeling and analysis capabilitiesDemonstrated experience in implementing and improving financial processes and controlsStrong leadership and team management skillsExceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to interact effectively with all levels of managementFluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plusAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentDetail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and analytical skillsProven track record of driving process improvements and implementing best practices
