Financial Controller

For our client, an international manufacturing company, we are looking for a Financial Controller who will support the Finance Director in overseeing the plant’s controlling activities. This role requires close collaboration with operational departments and active involvement in reporting, planning, and cost analysis processes.Location: eastern outskirts of WarsawKey Responsibilities:Participation in the month-end closing processPreparation of monthly cost reconciliationsWorking capital controlCoordination of budgeting and forecasting processes, including variance analysisPreparation of standard cost calculations and variance analysisActing as a finance business partner to other departmentsCo-creation and oversight of the internal control systemRequirements:University degree in finance, accounting, or economicsMinimum 3–5 years of experience in financial controlling, preferably in a manufacturing environmentKnowledge of management and cost accounting principlesStrong proficiency in MS Excel; familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems is a plusAnalytical thinking, independence, and a proactive approachAbility to collaborate effectively with operational and production teamsRecruitment is conducted by Hays Poland Sp. z o.o., an employment agency registered under number 361.
