Financial Controller

About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Financial Controller to join our Technology & Operations division. This position plays a key role in providing financial leadership, governance, and strategic insight across both operational and transformation initiatives.The successful candidate will act as a trusted partner to senior management, ensuring sound financial control, accurate reporting, and alignment with the group’s financial strategy.Key ResponsibilitiesEstablish and maintain strong financial governance and control frameworks across the Technology & Operations function.Ensure compliance with internal policies, audit standards, and regulatory requirements.Partner with senior stakeholders, project leads, and finance teams to provide financial analysis, insights, and strategic advice.Deliver accurate and timely financial reports, including variance analysis, cost allocations, and project spend tracking.Drive transparency and accountability in financial management across T&O initiatives.Support finance automation, digitalization, and process improvement to enhance efficiency and scalability.Contribute to group-wide financial planning and analysis (FP&A) objectives and value creation initiatives.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.Professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, or CA is required.Minimum 10 years of relevant finance experience, with strong exposure to financial control, reporting, and business partnering.Prior experience in a technology, operations, or transformation environment will be an advantage.Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Proficient in Oracle ERP and Power BI, with familiarity in finance transformation programs.
