Financial Controlling Manager

We’re partnering with a global packaging company renowned for its innovative solutions and strong international presence.We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Financial Controlling Manager in İstanbul. You will play a critical role in overseeing financial planning, analysis, controlling and reporting, providing key insights to support strategic decision-making and ensure financial integrity across the organization.Qualification:Minimum 8+ years of experience with an emphasis on finance/accounting/budgeting, preferably gained within a multinational manufacturing organizationUniversity Degree in Finance, Economics, and Industrial Engineering from reputable universitiesAdvanced level of English both written and spoken,Interest in Turkish GAAP and IFRS,Result oriented and strong attention to detail,Able to work in a complex and fast-paced manufacturing environment,Hands-on mentality, organized, and strong analytical and communication skills,Good command of MS Office applications (SAP, BPC knowledge is a plus),İntermediate to Advance Excel knowledge is required.Cost Accounting knowledge preferably,No military service restriction for male candidates.Candidates must reside in the European side of Istanbul or be willing to relocate, as this role requires a strong on-site presence in that region.Responsibilities:Contribute to monthly closing processes by analyzing and controlling the financial transactions and coordinating the necessary adjustments, if any.Prepare monthly financial statements in line with IFRS and group reporting requirementsEnsure Group reporting by preparing all group standard reports, (Sales, Operational performance, etc.)Support conducting investment reports, feasibility studies, and ad hoc requestsPrepare ad-hoc reports and analyses for group or managementLead Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly S&OP and Forecasting process for all Group companiesLead the preparation of the yearly budgeting processParticipate in ongoing process improvement projects within the Budget and Controlling Department including standardization and procedure updatesKişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu kapsamında kişisel verilerinizin işlenmesinden doğan haklara ilişkin detaylı bilgiye https://talentway.com.tr/kvkk.php adresindeki Aydınlatma Metnimizin sayfasından ulaşabilirsiniz.TALENTWAY İK DANIŞMANLIK LTD.
