We strive to make our clients a thought leader in their industry.Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Financial Cost Analyst to oversee financial operations, optimize cost structures, and provide strategic financial insights. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in a marketing agency, software house, or similar service-based industry.Key Responsibilities:Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, assessing direct, indirect, and operational costs to optimize profitability.Manage accounts receivable and payable, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.Oversee client invoicing, ensuring timely and precise billing.Supervise salary disbursement and maintain payroll records.Generate financial reports and provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.Work with time-tracking tools to assess resource utilization in service-based projects.Collaborate with leadership to improve financial efficiency and profitability.Ensure timely coordination with agency firm for financial statements, P&Ls, and returns.Perform any other finance-related tasks as assigned by the co-founders.Requirements:Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.2-3 years of experience in finance and accounts, preferably in a marketing agency, software house, or service-based business.Strong knowledge of financial analysis, reporting, and cost management.Experience with accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and invoicing.Proficiency in accounting software and financial tools.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and leadership abilities.
