Financial Director

Job Responsibilities:Organize budget preparation for the Vietnam plant according to company budget management system requirements, conduct regular budget execution analysis reports, and promote the achievement of annual budget targets;Be responsible for input-output management, organize the formulation and implementation of profit budgets and incentive plans;Be responsible for financial reports, incentive assessments, and analysis reports; propose targets and measures, and ensure their implementation;Be responsible for checking, training, rectifying statistics, and basic accounting work to standardize fundamental accounting practices;Be responsible for setting and implementing standard costs. Control raw material consumption, review cost expenditures, report and alert on abnormalities, propose corrective requirements, and promote cost reduction and expense control;Supplement and improve financial systems based on the actual situation of the Vietnam plant. Maintain good work communication with the General Manager to jointly enhance management levels;Be responsible for liaising with local banks and coordinating financing activities.Job Requirements:Bachelor's degree or above, majored in accounting and finance management etc;Over 8 years of financial work experience, including at least 2 years in a similar role; experience in financial management within a manufacturing and sales enterprise is required;Proficient in accounting management and accounting operations, with extensive expertise in cost management;Possess the ability to write financial analysis reports;Have experience in tax planning and overseas financing;Fluent in English, both verbal and written;The job location is in Vietnam, must be able to adapt to the environment in Vietnam.
