Finance Director Location: Richmond, London (on-site) Type: Full-TimeWhiskey & Wealth Club is a fast-growing investment business specialising in premium cask whisky. We work with private clients, investors and family offices in the UK and internationally. The business has grown quickly, and we are now looking for a Finance Director who can bring structure, control and strategic oversight as we enter our next stage of scale.This role requires someone who is comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment, who can build solid financial processes, and who is confident working closely with senior leadership.What the role involves:Taking full ownership of the company’s financial planning and reporting.Leading budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management.Producing clear monthly management accounts and board packs.Reviewing, improving and implementing financial controls and processes.Working with the sales and operations teams to support commercial decisions.Managing external stakeholders such as auditors, accountants, banks and insurers.Overseeing compliance and ensuring regulatory obligations are met.Building and guiding the finance team as we continue to grow.What we’re looking for:Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or similar).Previous experience in a Finance Director or senior finance leadership role.Strong commercial awareness and the ability to turn data into clear recommendations.Someone who can balance strategic thinking with hands-on work when needed.Confident communicator who is comfortable challenging, advising and influencing at leadership level.Proactive, organised and able to thrive in a growing and evolving environment.Immediate availability or a short notice period is a strong advantage.
