We combine data-driven decision-making, automation, and market insight to trade efficiently across electricity exchanges. We’re building a talented and ambitious team to help shape the future of electricity trading. We’re now looking for a Financial Operations & Accounting Analyst to join our ambitious team and strengthen our financial and operational backbone.Your roleYou will play a key role in managing and improving our day-to-day financial and accounting operations — from accounting and reporting to supporting budgeting and compliance.This is an opportunity to gain exposure to the financial side of modern electricity trading, working closely with management, auditors, and regulators.ResponsibilitiesMaintain and reconcile accounting records in collaboration with our external accountant.Support monthly and quarterly financial reporting and internal management reporting.Prepare and assist in submissions to national revenue agencies, regulators, and other institutions.Work with Microsoft Business Central and Power BI for data entry and reporting.Assist in preparing annual budgets and forecasts.Participate in financial process improvements and financial reporting setup.Organize payroll for the employees and consultants of the StartupManage the startup’s invoice collection and processing.Organize and approve payments that the Startup makesRequirements2–5 years of experience in accounting, finance, or financial control.Strong understanding of accounting principles and reporting workflows.Experience with Microsoft Business Central is a significant advantage.Good knowledge of Excel; familiarity with data tools (e.g. Power BI) is a plus.Attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.Excellent communication skills in English and Bulgarian. Additional language skills are a plus.License to sign off on financial statements in Bulgaria is not required but considered an advantage.Background in accounting and/or finance.
