OverviewOur client, a leading professional services firm ranked in Ireland’s Top 10, is seeking an Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst to join their high-performing Internal Finance team.This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded and analytically strong finance professional to develop their career within one of Ireland’s fastest-growing professional services firms in a really interesting commercial role. Working closely with the Head of Finance and wider internal team, you will play a key role in supporting strategic decision-making through insightful analysis, financial planning, and effective communication with senior stakeholders. This role comes with hybrid working and excellent remuneration package. ResponsibilitiesBudgeting & Forecasting: Lead financial planning processes across multiple business units.Financial Modelling: Develop and maintain robust models to support scenario analysis and variance reporting.Reporting & Insights: Deliver timely financial reports and dashboards to inform strategic decisions.Stakeholder Engagement: Present insights to senior leadership, influencing key business decisions through data-driven recommendations.Qualifications Degree-qualified in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related discipline (a professional accounting qualification is advantageous).3+ years’ experience in FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysisExperience with a Professional Services environment would be advantageous.Strong analytical and technical capability, with proven experience translating complex data into actionable insights.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
