We are committed to creating an environment where every team member feels included, respected, empowered and recognised.What You Can ExpectFinancial Analyst – Projection, Planning and Month-End Close Reporting & AnalysisHow You'll Create ImpactAs the financial analyst, you are required in preparation of:Annual Planning activities of your assigned countries in APACQuarterly Projection activities of your assigned countries in APACVariance analysis of P&L, Headcount, Balance Sheet & CashflowMonthly financial performance report against plan and/or projectionWork closely with Local FP&A, Regional FP&A and Business Partner to ensure delivery of insightful management reporting and analysisContinuous improvement projects in process/reports standardizationAny ad-hoc reporting & analysis as required.This is not an exhaustive list of duties or functions and might not necessarily comprise all of the essential functions for purposes of the Americans with Disabilities Act.What Makes You Stand OutProficient in English Language. Mandarin language skills will be an added advantage.Familiar with Microsoft Excel and have basic accounting/ business knowledgeGood business sense, attention to details, committed and responsible in meeting deadlines.Proactive, organize and problem-solving mindset.Your BackgroundBachelor’s Degree in Accounting/ Finance/ Economic minimum CGPA 3.0 and above.EOE/M/F/Vet/Disability
