We’re looking for a financial wizard who lives and breathes Excel, thrives on turning data into insights, and understands the story behind the numbers. This role blends financial planning & analysis (FP&A) with a solid foundation in accounting, supporting leadership with clear, actionable financial insights that drive business performance. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams to analyze trends, forecast results, and optimize financial outcomes—all while maintaining accuracy and integrity in financial reporting.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.3–6 years of experience in financial analysis, or accounting roles.Strong understanding of GAAP accounting and financial statement linkages.Expert-level Excel skills—you’re the go-to person for formulas, pivot tables and complex modeling.Experience with financial ERP systems.Excellent communication and storytelling skills—you can explain financial results to non-financial stakeholders.High attention to detail, intellectual curiosity, and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
