Financial Planning Analyst

You will work in a collaborative, business-oriented environment where your analysis will have a direct impact on performance.Responsibilities:Lead budgeting, reforecasting, and strategic planning processesAnalyze sales, margins, and costs, and provide actionable recommendationsDevelop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools for managementChallenge assumptions with commercial and marketing teamsImprove FP&A processes and reporting toolsProfile:Master’s degree in Finance, Management Control, or equivalent3 to 7 years of experience in FP&A or corporate finance, ideally in FMCG/retailStrong analytical skills with a business-oriented mindsetAdvanced Excel skills and experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)Autonomous, team-oriented, with excellent communication skillsExcellent English skills required; ability to communicate in French and Dutch is a strong advantageWhat we offer:Stimulating environment with direct impact on business performanceVaried assignments and analytical challengesCareer progression towards senior finance rolesFlexibility and work-life balance
