Nexeo Belgium is a consultancy company that supports its clients in the banking, finance, and insurance sectors throughout all stages of their transformation projects — from business consulting to the implementation of IT solutions.As a consultant, you will have the opportunity to be part of Nexeo:International environment (offices in France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland & Canada)More than 450 employeesOver 20% growth each yearWe are currently looking for a Senior Agile Coach for one of our clients in the banking sector.Your responsibilitiesAgile Coaching & Team EnablementGuide teams and individuals in the implementation of the Agile operating model.Assess Agile maturity and adapt coaching techniques accordingly.Motivate teams to adopt Agile values, principles, and behaviours.Support teams in becoming autonomous and fully self-coaching.Facilitation & Agile CeremoniesActively participate in team ceremonies and operational meetings.Ensure the proper application of Agile methods and propose process improvements.Facilitate Agile ceremonies across squads, tribes, or guilds when required.Change Management & TrainingLead training initiatives, mentoring programs, and individual coaching sessions.Tailor training materials and documentation to support learning and daily implementation.Drive cultural change to anchor an Agile mindset within the organisation.Continuous Improvement & CollaborationCollaborate with fellow Agile Coaches to share best practices and enhance methodologies.Maintain up-to-date expertise on relevant Agile frameworks and industry practices.Contribute to Agile governance, continuous improvement initiatives, and strategic transformation topics.Your profileExperience & KnowledgeAt least 10 years of experience in complex organisations.Proven experience as an Agile Coach supporting teams, leaders, and large-scale Agile transformations.Strong expertise in facilitating group learning and managing team dynamics.Certifications in Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS, Lean, DevOps (at least one required).Preferable:Experience as a trainer.Knowledge of squad dynamics, backlog management, E2E delivery practices, slicing techniques, and Agile governance frameworks.Soft SkillsStrong communicator and team player.Empathy and adaptability to different cultures and personalities.Persuasive, proactive, and committed.Excellent analytical, synthesis, and knowledge-sharing abilities.Ability to thrive in multi-cultural and dynamic environments.LanguagesSound knowledge of English and at least one local language (French or Dutch).
