FP&A Analyst A detail-oriented and motivated FP&A Analyst is required to join the finance team of a leading global fiduciary and fund services organisation. This role is integral to financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis, ensuring the provision of accurate and timely financial information to support effective decision-making. The position involves close collaboration with senior stakeholders to deliver valuable insights into financial performance, helping to inform strategic initiatives and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the preparation and ongoing maintenance of the annual budget and quarterly forecasts.
Build and maintain financial models, including revenue and expense projections, to support strategic planning. Analyse variances between actual results and budgets/forecasts, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities. Prepare periodic management reports, including performance analysis and financial summaries. Ensure accuracy and integrity of data across financial systems and reporting outputs. Monitor business trends and key performance indicators affecting profitability and operational efficiency. Partner with divisional management to ensure clear understanding of performance against the organisation’s key KPIs.
