We’re seeking an FP&A leader to drive strategic planning, financial modeling, and executive decision support in a lean, high-impact environment.This is a rare opportunity to join a private equity portfolio company in growth mode — with direct exposure to the PE operating partner and executive leadership. You’ll be instrumental in shaping the financial future of a multi-site business with significant upside.What You’ll DoLead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning across the enterprise.Own and evolve complex financial models for strategic decision-making, M&A, and scenario planning.Deliver variance analysis, KPI tracking, and actionable insights to leadership and investors.Build and enhance reporting tools and dashboards using Excel and Power BI.Partner cross-functionally with operations, sales, and accounting to align financial and operational goals.Support pricing, capital investment, and cost-reduction initiatives.Prepare executive packages and PE sponsor reporting, including covenant tracking and investor deliverables.Contribute to strategic initiatives such as acquisitions, integrations, and synergy tracking.What We’re Looking For5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, investment banking, or PE/VC-backed companies.Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred).Advanced Excel modeling skills; Power BI and NetSuite experience are strong pluses.A hands-on, nimble operator who thrives in ambiguity and isn’t afraid to push, research, and grind.Proven ability to influence stakeholders, lead change, and drive results in a lean team environment.Experience in multi-site operations, energy services, or B2B services is a bonus.Why This Role?Direct access to PE leadership and a seat at the table during a critical rebuild phase.High visibility and impact in a lean, entrepreneurial environment.Opportunity to scale with the business and shape its financial strategy from the ground up.Competitive compensation, benefits, and room for rapid growth.Cordia by Cherry Bekaert: Is a leading national recruiting and staffing firm that is part of the Advisory services of Cherry Bekaert.
