Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist

The fundamental principle of our company is to recruit, develop, evaluate and manage human resources according to the principle of equal opportunity.As Fraport TAV Airport we are dedicated to delivering an outstanding experience to our customers while offering our employees opportunities to grow and develop.We are looking for a skilled ‘’Financial Planning & Analysis Specialist’’ to join our expanding team and contribute to the continued success and growth of our strong brand and vision.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or related fields,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field,Experience in audit, preferably from Big 4 is a plus,Advanced proficiency in MS Office programs,Fluency in both written and spoken English,Knowledge of SAP FI & CO is a plus,Strong analytical skills and a good understanding of financial statements,Already or able to be based in Antalya,No military obligations for male candidates.Job Description:Participating in the annual budget process and managing related activities,Preparing and presenting financial statements in accordance with the related reporting calendar,Delivering timely, accurate and consistent monthly, quarterly and annual reporting; both in IFRS and Turkish GAAP,To meet all audit requirements to ensure proper internal controls are in place,Delivering accurate and ad hoc financial analysis,Gathering, controlling, and preparing monthly reports and forecasts,Collaborating with other departments to review and monitor budget performance,Preparing and presenting dashboards for senior management,Playing an active role in new projects such as SAP BI HANA.Fraport TAV Antalya Airport has been awarded the "Great Place to Work" and also "Best Workplace for Young Millennials" certificate by Great Place To Work, which is an independent and international consultancy and research company, as an indicator of the importance Fraport TAV places on employee loyalty and corporate culture.
