Job ID: 3148Location: TaguigCompany: Hedcor, Inc.Department: Financial Planning and Analysis and Revenue ManageEmployment Type: ProbationaryWork Arrangement: HybridRole SummaryThe position holder is responsible for the analytical and transactional support to the Financial Planning and Analysis team on the cost of the Corporate Service Units (“CSU”)and the Corporate allocation charges.Outcomes Expected And ResponsibilitiesConsolidate, analyze, and present variance analysis and explanation of financial statements against prior year and budgets; and highlight key issues to the FP&A Manager, AVP of FP&A and Revenue Management and ARI CFO for comments, recommendation, and resolution.Prepares consolidated monthly management reports with detailed analysis and submits them to the FP&A Manager, AVP of FP&A and Revenue Management and ARI CFO for presentation to ARI Mancom, and all other internal and external groups.Supports improvements in standardization of analysis and presentation of financial and operational information across all different CSUs. This shall include but is not limited toStandardization of financial planning and budgeting reporting process, and monitoring of the preparation of the key accounts of the CSUs for the budgeting process.Reviews all processes, policies, and standards across the finance and accounting area and ensures that these are properly defined and rolled out across all CSUsResolves issues related to finance and accounting issues. Escalate as needed for further guidance and resolution. Assist in the preparation of financial reports, presentation materials, and deck for board meetings and other senior executive requests.Support finance system-related projects, roll-outs, and issue resolution as far as business content is concerned ensuring its success.
