Financial Planning and Analysis Supervisor

We are looking for an “Financial Planning, Budgeting and Controlling Assistant Manager” for STAREX Global, reporting to the Starex Group CFO (100% Aras Group subsidiary) to be responsible for leading and coordinating financial planning and reporting processes in four different countries (Georgia, Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan, Türkiye) to align with international accounting and reporting teams of Austrian Post and Aras Kargo.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in budgeting, IFRS-based reporting, and financial consolidation, particularly in multinational environments. This role requires close collaboration with international teams and responsibility for delivering timely, accurate financial reports to the main shareholder.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field7+ years of experience in financial reporting, consolidation, and budgetingSolid knowledge and hands-on experience with IFRS reporting standardsStrong understanding of group consolidation processesAdvanced Excel skills; experience with SAP will be a strong assetFluent in written and spoken EnglishStrong analytical skills and attention to detailExcellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across different teams/culturesExperience in multinational companies/organizations/teams will be a plusExperience in financial digitalization or transformation projectsWillingness and availability to travel abroadKey Responsibilities:Prepare accurate and timely IFRS-based financial reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basisManage consolidation processes across group companies and prepare consolidated financial statementsEnsure compliance with group reporting requirements and deadlines, maintaining clear and timely communicationManagement reporting to the monthly BOD meetingsLead the annual budgeting process and perform regular variance analysisSupport financial analysis and provide insights to assist in strategic decision-making Participate in and support internal/external financial audits and ensure internal controls are in place and effectiveContribute to the development and improvement of financial processes and digital reporting toolsUtilize SAP or similar ERP systems for financial data management and reportingCoordinate with international accounting teams of Austrian Post and Aras Kargo to align local reporting with group standardsLead and coordinate financial planning and reporting processes across multiple countriesManage budgeting and forecasting cycles, providing analysis and variance explanationsYou may visit the link to reach our data privacy policy:https://www.araskargo.com.tr/aydinlatma-metni/ise-alim-faaliyetleri/ise-alim-faaliyetleri-vs
