Financial Regulatory Reporting Specialist, Finance - Global Payment

ResponsibilitiesAbout the teamIn line with the globalization strategy and vision of the company, the Global Payment Finance team builds a world class platform to provide cross-border payment&fintech solutions for all ByteDance's products and services, which are growing rapidly worldwide. We are currently seeking an Accounting and Reporting specialist to join our Jakarta-based global payments finance team. Responsibilities: - Responsible for the regulatory financial reporting work of MF and P2P licenses , ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of the reported data. - Buildup cross check internal control process to ensure the accuracy of the regulatory submission.- Professional with PSAK and related accounting policies. Provide valuable suggestions to the reporting mapping from the perspectives of financial expertise and financial compliance.- Responsible for routine treasury and finance operational work.QualificationsMinimum qualifications: - Bachelor degree or above in accounting, finance, economics, business administration and other related majors.- 3–5 years of relevant work experience, within the Multi finance license\P2P license company experience.- Possess a solid understanding of Multi finance and P2P business, with in-depth knowledge of PSAK applicable to such fintech businesses and products.- Highly responsible, meticulous, serious, and accountable for handling work.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.Preferred qualifications: - Professional accounting certification such as CPA is highly preferred.- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.- Familiarity with ERP systems and financial reporting tools is a plus.About UsFounded in 2012, ByteDance's mission is to inspire creativity and enrich life.
