Financial Reporting Accountant

We’re seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Financial Accountant to join our dynamic finance team. You’ll play a pivotal role in consolidating financials across a group of 10 companies, driving performance insights, and supporting executive decision-making. This is a hands-on role with scope for leadership, process improvement, and professional growth.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare consolidated financial statements and group-level reportsLead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planningAnalyse financial performance and provide variance commentaryDevelop and maintain financial models and dashboardsEnsure compliance with accounting standards and internal controlsSupport board reporting and strategic initiativesMentor junior finance staff and collaborate across entitiesWhat We’re Looking ForBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalentMinimum 5 -7 years’ progressive experience in a multi-entity finance environmentStrong consolidation, reporting, and analytical skillsProficiency in Excel and financial systems (e.g., Sage, Xero, or similar)Experience with budgeting, forecasting, cash flows, inter-company accounting, shared services, extensive reconciliation experience.Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skillsA proactive mindset with a passion for process improvementWhat You’ll GainExposure to a diverse group of companiesA supportive, growth-focused team cultureOpportunities to lead initiatives and shape financial processes
