Key accountabilities:Preparation of management reporting in accordance with Pepsico's principles and policies, uploading reports into the system, and downloading reports after final consolidation within the established deadlines.Reconciliation of reports received after consolidation with the initially submitted reports, calculation of adjustments made, monitoring of allocation amounts received from Group companies, and accrual of reserves.Participate in month closing according to GAAP reporting.Participate in yearly IFRS audit process execution.Analysis of monthly actuals vs forecast, work on variances disclosure per requestCalculate monthly market contribution based on the reporting systems data for HQ reporting teamReview and investigate differences vs forecast in the HQ provided margin split by SKU within closurePrepare monthly the accruals for GAAP reporting based on the Budget-holders’ data and local reportingPrepare one-off disclosure requests from HQ on actuals Propose and drive necessary system’s changes base on the investigated issuesSupport implementation of GAAP accounting in the reporting systemsCandidate profile:Higher education in business administration, preferably in Finance, accounting, audit2+ years of working experience in financial analysis, audit Fluent in Azerbaijani, Russian and English languagesMS Office programs required, especially Excel on advanced level Clear, effective and persuasive communication and interpersonal skillsFlexibility to adapt to a changing business environmentExcellent team playerWhat We OfferPepsiCo is a business built on iconic brands, an international reach, but above all incredible people.
