Financial Risk specialist Main Responsabilities: To measure and monitor exposures of market and financial risks with measurement methods in line with the Bank’s standards and Local regulations;To apply knowledge of risk management best practices in support of analyzing, monitoring and measuring risks; To support, where needed, in the development and implementation of new risk platforms and data initiatives, and tests/reviews modifications to existing risk tools and processes;To elaborate the historical data used on Market, Liquidity risks analysis, and limits revisions / definition process; To interact with bank structure to investigate and document excesses, extensions, breaches, and breach remediation in compliance with prescribed risk regulations;To prepare reports for internal committees of the bank, Corporate Bodies, and local regulatory bodies on Bank’s market and financial risk exposure, in accordance with Bank’s procedures, Group’s rules and local banking regulations;To contribute in the yearly stress scenarios as per local regulatory and Bank requirements;To participate in the implementation and to maintain the automatic systems for management of risks related to the area;To participate in the development of the Market / Financial risk models according to Basel 2 regulation and international best practice;To prepare disclosure on the Market, Financial risks for the annual financial statements and Risk annual report;To be fully conversant with bank rules, Code of Ethics, Bank of Albanian regulations on risk management and the and operating procedures as they relate to his/her area of work.To undertake other duties as may be required from time to time.Requirements / Abilities: Bachelor degree in economic fields, business informatics, finance, risk management, mathematics or statistics a plus; Minimum 2 years of experience in Banking system (covering above responsibilities);Sound knowledge of financial instruments, derivatives, regulations for banks (is preferred);Keen to learn new information, adopt new skills and with the ability to identify and make improvements to systems and processes;Programming skills, experience on them (is preferred);Having good communication skills; Fluent in English and other language is plus; Being capable to use MS Office (Excel, Access, Power Point); Proactive with strong analytical skills;Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communications skills;Concern for accuracy, with good attention to detail.
