We design, develop and deploy risk models to set policy, enforce it and report to key committees including the Board Risk Committee. Within the Financial Risk Team, we are currently building a Krakow-based Operations sub-team owning day-to-day controls and monitoring, with significant exposure to senior management and close collaboration with Credit Operations, Dealing and Premium Client Managers.Your role in the Team's SuccessYour primary responsibility will be to evaluate and manage complex corporate and institution accounts while ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.By identifying risks and supporting their resolution you will help maintain operational excellence and foster strong relationships across departments, including sales and compliance teams. Your role is integral to driving high standards in process efficiency, accuracy, and regulatory alignment.What You'll DoWe need someone who won't just follow processes but will actively improve and optimise them.
