We oversee 28 diverse F&B concepts across several cities, creating a dynamic and complex operational environment that requires mature financial planning, strong managerial reporting, and robust control processes. The scale and diversity of our operations make the finance function a key driver of strategic decisions, optimization initiatives, and continued organizational growth. About the role We are looking for a Senior Finance Manager who will take ownership of our managerial reporting, planning, and financial control processes across multiple business units. This role is ideal for a highly analytical, detail-oriented finance professional who thrives in a dynamic, multi-entity environment and wants to help shape the financial backbone of a rapidly growing organization. You will play a critical role in building robust reporting frameworks, ensuring financial accuracy, optimizing processes, and providing insights that drive strategic decisions at the executive level. Key Responsibilities Lead financial planning, forecasting, and reporting to guide strategic decisions Oversee liquidity and cash flow management Implement and automate reconciliation, controls, and compliance systems Support the month- and year-end closing process Preparation of managerial reports to management Optimization of existing reports and procedures related to the managerial reporting function Development of internal financial policies and procedures, with a specific focus on managerial accountancy New reporting system implementation and business processes optimization Financial modelling and ad-hoc tasks  Requirements 5+ years of experience in Big4 or in multi-national companies in Reporting, Financial Controlling, Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel Experience with Power BI is a plus Upper-Intermediate level of English Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reconciliations Deep understanding of revenue models, reporting, and financial compliance  Key Soft Skills Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Strategic, analytical mindset with strong data-driven thinking Ability to make informed decisions in a fast-moving environment  What We Offer Flexible work arrangements Professional growth opportunities, training, and mentorship Co-financing of the Multisport card A collaborative and dynamic work environment
