Related technical services like prototyping, industrialisation, material analysis, and test development are also key competencies offered by Kitron.Our valuesLocation: GrudziądzDeadline: 31.12.2025Job Description:Providing accurate monthly financial reports for the Management in a timely manner; Participating in Month-End close process; Analyzing company’s financial reports and KPIs, providing variance analysis and recommendations for corrective actions.; Supporting Budgeting and Forecasting processes including data collection and verification, reporting package preparation; Budget execution control and forecast realization monitoring; Analyzing customer and product profitability, providing suggestions and improvement proposals; Developing and improving reporting to support decision making process; Initiating improvement projects and costs saving initiatives; Verification of financial data in ERP system (IFS);Requirement:Degree in the Finance/Accounting/Economics;3-year work experience as a Financial Analyst/Business Analyst, preferably in manufacturing industry;Accounting background;Proficiency in English, both verbal and written - min.
