Adhering to the enterprise concept of 'Humanity', Credibility, Creativity', GAC is committed to building a world-class company which wins customers’ trust, ensures staff's well-being, and meets social expectations.We are currently looking for Financial Specialist, the details Job responsibilities as below:🎯 Key Responsibilities:Responsible for the accounting operations of the subsidiary to ensure compliance with Austrian "Uniform Accounting Act" (UGB) and support adherence to International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). Support the preparation and timely submission of monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow Statement) to group headquarters. Assist in liaising with external audit firms for annual and tax audits under supervision.Responsible for the accurate calculation and timely filing of key Austrian taxes (VAT/USt., Payroll Tax/Lohnsteuer). Help maintain tax files and respond to basic tax authority inquiries to support tax risk avoidance. Monitor changes in tax laws (e.g., EU digital tax reform) and assist in updating internal documentation.Support the maintenance of the local SAP finance module (FI) under guidance to help ensure consistency between system data and accounting records. Collaborate with other departments on routine financial processes.Assist external payroll service providers with employee payroll data preparation and basic calculations to support compliance with Austrian social security (SV) and labor laws. Maintain relevant administrative records.Complete other tasks assigned by the company and superiors.💼 Qualifications:A bachelor's degree or above is preferred, and relevant majors such as finance or accounting are preferred.More than 3 years of comprehensive financial experience in small and medium - sized enterprises is preferred. Familiarity with Austrian and EU fiscal and tax regulations is required. Those holding the Austrian - registered accountant or equivalent qualifications are preferred.Proficiency in English as a working language is required, and knowledge of German is preferred.Proficiency in Excel and SAP financial software (such as the SAP FI module) is preferred.The ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks is preferred.Those with rigorous logic, sensitivity to numbers, proficiency in supporting business decisions through data analysis, and the ability to strictly safeguard financial confidentiality and compliance boundaries are preferred.Company website INTERNATIONAL | Where Craft Meets TechnologyWe are committed to creating a work environment of trust and respect for our employee, which we believe will motivate them to achieve their dreams together.
