The Financial Trainer will be responsible for creating and delivering training programs on accounting software while onboarding of new clients and as well as existing clients, and providing support to clients through teaching and guidance. The trainer will need to tailor programs to meet the specific needs of different client groups and ensure that training materials are up to date and effective.QualificationsExpertise in Finance and Financial PlanningExperience in Training and TeachingKnowledge of AccountingExcellent communication and presentation skillsAbility to adapt training methods to suit different learning stylesProven track record of effective training deliveryExperience in using training software and tools is a plusBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
