Join us and be part of a company that values creativity, agility, and impactful work.What you will be doing:Manage and coordinate customer orders within a 3PL warehouse, ensuring smooth processing and execution vs plan.Oversee order operation, including capacity planning and timely deliveries, while maintaining clear communication with 3PL partners and internal teams.Analyze order management processes and interface errors, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.Inventory reports to identify trends and optimize stock levelsDefining and improving Business Intelligence (BI) and other IS tools to enhance planning processesRequirements:BSc/BA in Industrial Engineering or related field2-3 years’ experience working in operations, planning, logistics or supply chain roles preferably in high-tech companiesExperience with ERP systems & Microsoft Office, strong proficiency in ExcelFast learner, Independent and autodidact, who can handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentStrong analytical & communication skillsCustomer oriented with the ability to influence and motivate internal and external partnersExcellent English - a must.
