Finishing Foreman wanted, site-based role in North Dublin on a large Residential project for long term workKey ResponsibilitiesCheck and understand all drawings and specifications.Report any errors / omissions to the Project Manager and Site ManagerExecute work to deadlinesReview RAMs for the works in handCoordinate cranes, deliveries, and logistics on siteMaintain accurate records of extra works and variations and ensuring appropriate communication of the sameEnsure compliance with drawings, specifications, building regulations and good building practice, structural & building toleranceSkills and ExperienceMust have worked on large-scale building projects previouslyExperience organizing labour and sub-contractors5 years’ experience in a foreman’s positionStrong steel frame build experience in multistorey buildings is essential
