Lead and support initial outreach and ongoing partner engagement.

Track conversations and feedback, ensuring structured follow-ups that keep opportunities moving forward. Structuring & AnalysisEvaluate investment structures, partnership models, and strategic synergies. Build and maintain advanced financial and strategic models to test assumptions and stress-test scenarios. Prepare negotiation materials, pitch decks, and analyses that directly inform executive decision-making. Strategic SupportPartner closely with senior management to align opportunities with Finora‘s long-term growth strategy. Deliver high-quality reports, investment memos, and board-ready presentations. Monitor market and competitor trends to proactively surface new opportunities. What will help you succeed?Experience: 2–4 years in M&A, corporate finance, strategy consulting, or corporate development. Analytical edge:

Strong financial modelling skills with the ability to structure and evaluate complex deals. Communication: Excellent ability to distill complex insights into clear, compelling messages for diverse stakeholders. Mindset: Proactive, structured, detail-oriented, and energized by a fast-moving, dynamic environment. Languages: Fluent in English and Lithuanian.
