Learn more at https://www.ignis.group.    ABOUT THE ROLE  This position combines technical expertise, instructional experience, and organizational capability. As a Firefighting Instructor, you will play a key role in delivering advanced emergency response training and managing project logistics to ensure programs meet the highest safety and compliance standards. Your responsibilities include:Deliver specialized fire and rescue training courses, seminars, and coaching activities for industrial fire service organizations and international airports — at client locations or at one of our associated training facilities, on a project-to-project basisPlan, organize, and manage resources for each project, i.e. course schedules, equipmentMaintain accurate records and reports for all assigned projects, ensuring compliance with internal and client requirementsEnsure training quality and safety standards are consistently met across diverse environments Assignments are project-based and may involve work across Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and Africa, requiring adaptability, professionalism, and strong organizational skills.  Curriculums and training materials are provided, but instructors are expected to adapt content and maintain awareness of evolving standards.Language Requirements: The core language of instruction is English. Additional languages are valued. WHOM WE ARE LOOKING FORWe are seeking professionals who combine field experience, instructional expertise, and organizational capability to successfully fulfill the responsibilities outlined in this role.    PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE   Firefighting Experience: Minimum 10 years in operational firefighting Instructional Credentials: At least 5 years as a certified fire service instructor    REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS  To hit the ground running, you must hold current certifications (IFSAC or ProBoard preferred) in:Firefighter I and IIFire Officer IFire Instructor I, IIIndustrial FirefighterAircraft Rescue and Firefighting (ARFF)Driver Operator: Engine, Mobile Water Supply (MWS), and ARFFIncident Command: ICS 100, 200, 700, and 800HazMat: Awareness, Operations, and TechnicianRescue Technician: Confined Space, Vehicle & Machinery Extrication, Rope RescueNote: Certifications must be valid and up to date according to issuing authority requirements. We value candidates who bring professionalism and a commitment to safety excellence.
