Firefighting Engineer

Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Firefighting Engineer located in Cairo, Egypt. The Firefighting Engineer will be responsible for the design, installation, and maintenance of fire protection systems. Day-to-day tasks include evaluating risks, developing fire safety plans, inspecting alarm systems, ensuring compliance with safety codes, and employing preventive measures for loss control. Collaborating with other engineers and safety teams is also a key part of the role to ensure effective fire safety integration. Qualifications Experience with Alarm Systems and IP CCTV technologiesStrong knowledge in Retail Loss Prevention and Quantitative Risk analysisExpertise in Process Safety and fire protection system designExcellent organizational skills and the ability to work effectively with on-site teamsKnowledge of safety codes and international fire safety standardsBachelor's degree in Fire Protection Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related fieldProfessional certifications in fire safety or related areas are advantageous
