𝐁𝐞 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐎𝐮𝐫 𝐆𝐫𝐨𝐰𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐓𝐞𝐚𝐦!📢We’re thrilled to open new opportunities for talented professionals to join our innovative and collaborative team.🌟𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐎𝐩𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲: Marine Maintenance & Repair Engineer 📍 𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Alexandria, Egypt ⏰ 𝐅𝐮𝐥𝐥-𝐓𝐢𝐦𝐞: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM - 2 Days offWhat you ‘ll do:• Supervise and assist in dry-dock operations, including repair specifications, progress monitoring, and final inspections. • Conduct vessel visits to assess machinery condition and maintenance needs. • Support the implementation of Planned Maintenance Systems (PMS) onboard vessels. • Prepare and manage technical documentation, ISM records, and requisitions. • Participate in vessel preparation for Class Surveys, PSC inspections, and office DOC audits. • Coordinate with workshops, vendors, and service engineers for repair jobs and spare parts arrangements. • Ensure all repairs meet safety and quality standards within approved budgets and timelines.What we ‘re looking for:    •    Bachelor’s degree in marine / mechanical engineering. • 2–3 years of sea-going experience as a Third Engineer onboard vessels. • Proven dry-dock or ship repair experience with solid understanding of marine systems and machinery. • Microsoft Office and technical reporting  • Knowledge of class rules, ISM documentation, and PMS systems. • Excellent communication and coordination skills with workshops and suppliers.𝑾𝒉𝒚 𝑱𝒐𝒊𝒏 𝑼𝒔?    •    Exposure to diverse vessel types and international dry-dock projects. • Work within a technically strong and collaborative marine engineering team. • Opportunities for career development and continuous technical training🖊️𝑨𝒑𝒑𝒍𝒚 𝑵𝒐𝒘 𝒕𝒐 𝒃𝒓𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒚𝒐𝒖𝒓 𝒄𝒓𝒆𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒗𝒆 𝒇𝒍𝒂𝒊𝒓 𝒕𝒐 𝒐𝒖𝒓 𝒕𝒆𝒂𝒎! You can send your CV at Careers@ak-ships.com 📩
