First Level Executive, Automation Engineer, Digital Technology Infrastructure Department

ROLE PURPOSEMaintain the Bank’s server infrastructure to ensure IT infrastructure and services operate in accordance to the agreed service level agreements. Undertake initiatives in which application of IT/technology (server related technology) will enhance business performance that enables the achievements of the Bank’s desired outcomes.PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIESDesign, implement, deploy and maintain tools/scripts for automating operational tasks across infrastructureResponsibility for identifying, recommending, establishing and sustaining tools, processes & practices that support process automation solutionsDesign and develop automation solution and define the key performance metrics for the solutionLiaise with principal/internal/3rd party team to ensure success of projectsSupport common infrastructure applications running Jenkins, ALMVulnerability assessment across Production & Non-Production environmentEnsure infrastructure setup are compliant with bank's architecture standards and info security policiesStrong technical and administration skills on Servers platform (Windows, Linux, Aix)Deliver technical support and onsite field servicesPerform installation, configuration and maintenance taskIdentify errors, technical problems and determine proper solutions while providing exceptional service and customer supportReport and interface with senior managementQUALIFICATIONSAcademic Qualifications: Bachelor degree or higher qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Software Engineering or relevant professional qualificationExperience: At least 2-year working experience in software development and application support.ONLY SHORTLISTED CANDIDATES WILL BE NOTIFIED
