Procurement Director – Data CentresFinland We are partnering with a fast-growing international player in the digital infrastructure sector to appoint a Procurement Director who will build and drive global procurement strategies for large-scale data centre projects. In this role, you will: Lead supplier management and establish robust procurement frameworks. Own end-to-end procurement – from bid preparation through to contract execution and delivery. Optimise costs through sourcing, negotiation, and competitive bidding. Partner with legal, finance, and project teams to deliver on-time, on-budget outcomes. Drive supplier performance improvements across quality, compliance, and delivery. What we’re looking for:

8–10 years’ experience in supply chain or procurement within data centres or critical infrastructure. Strong track record managing complex, high-value equipment procurement. Established networks with suppliers in Asia and Europe. Exceptional negotiation and stakeholder management skills. Cross-cultural mindset and willingness to travel internationally.
