Our client is a regulated forex broker, focussed on providing traders with exciting and innovative trading solutions and leading platforms. They are currently looking to fill a brand-new role for a HR Officer, to supports the Regional HR manager and develop and grow their HR function. HR OfficerKey Responsibilities: HR Administration and documentation: Prepare employment contracts, HR letters, and internal communications.
Maintain and update employee records in accordance with local labour laws and regulations. Recruitment: Coordinate regional hiring efforts, including job advertisements, interview scheduling, and onboarding of new hires. Team Onboarding: Prepare documentation and onboarding / settling in processes for all new employeesPerformance Management: Support the implementation of performance appraisals and probation reviews. Training Needs: Identify development opportunities and coordinate training programs. Labor Law Knowledge: Demonstrate a strong understanding of employment laws and HR practicesPayroll: Collaborate with finance team and external providers to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.
What we are looking forSolid HR Administration experience and a minimum of 2 experience working in a HR role, eg HR Assistant, HR Administration or HR OfficerExperience in a professional environment , ideally within the finance sector. Strong working knowledge of HR best practice and employment lawFluent in English
