Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Fitness Manager located in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The Fitness Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of fitness programs, managing group and personal training sessions, and ensuring the optimal performance of fitness facilities. Duties will include coordinating schedules, maintaining gym equipment, enhancing client satisfaction, and leading a team of fitness professionals to achieve their goals. Qualifications Expertise in Group Exercise, Group Training, and the Fitness IndustryProficiency in Personal Training and Exercise PhysiologyExcellent leadership and communication skillsAbility to work independently and manage a teamBachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or a related field is a plusExperience in managing fitness facilities or programs is beneficial
