If you thrive in a high-performance, entrepreneurial environment and bring a strong network of institutional clients in the UAE, we want to hear from you.This is a full-time, on-site role based in DIFC, Dubai — ideal for someone who is hands-on, revenue-focused, and ready to make an immediate impact.What You’ll Do:Drive Fixed Income sales with active institutional clients: family offices, asset managers, hedge funds, and other financial institutions.Leverage your existing relationships to generate revenue from Day 1.Work closely with global teams across time zones to source and execute bond trades.Stay ahead of market developments and advise clients accordingly.Be a key player in building and growing our fixed income franchise in the region.What We’re Looking For:2–5 years of solid experience in Fixed Income sales or broking (essential).Based in the UAE with established institutional relationships and proven revenue contribution.Strong knowledge of global bond markets, credit instruments, and fixed income strategies.Self-driven, client-focused, and thrives under pressure.Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.What We Offer:A rare opportunity to be part of a high-impact launch with full visibility.Competitive compensation with performance-based upside.Flat structure and direct access to senior management.The backing of a global brand with a strong presence across Asia and the Middle East.
