Additionally, we provide comprehensive ore processing and materials handling services to the mining industry across Western Australia.The OpportunityWe're on the lookout for skilled and experienced Fixed Plant Operator /Maintainers with experience working in and around both mobile and fixed plant crushing operations for a new project based in the Northern Goldfields.This Role Will Involve But Not Be Limited ToConduct daily crushing plant inspections.Monitor and control plant processes and equipment to ensure safe, stable, and efficient operation.Carry out basic Maintenance tasks of Chutes, Scrapers, and Vibrating screens.Plant clean up shoveling, scraping, and sweeping where required.Operate applicable machines including Skid steer, IT, telehandler, EWPThese opportunities will be offered on a full-time permanent contract, working a 2 weeks on, 1 week off (2:1) roster including day and night rotation.What You'll Bring To The TeamEssential Skills & Qualifications:Fixed plant operating/maintaining experience Mechanical fitting trade (desired)Skid steer/Bobcat/Telehandler experienceBasic computer skills outlook, Word, and willingness to learn the plant operating program Confined space and working at heights trainedA current, valid driver's license.Preferred Skills (but not essential):Elevated Work PlatformCN Crane Ticket Rigging and/or DoggingWhat We Expect from YouProblem-Solving Skills: A methodical and analytical approach to troubleshooting.Reliability & Drive: Self-motivation and a commitment to getting the job done right.Safety Awareness: A strong focus on safety protocols and practices.Team Player: Ability to work effectively in small, cohesive teams.Physical Readiness: Ability to pass a pre-employment medical, including a drug and alcohol screen.What We're OfferingCompetitive Salary: Earn a rewarding salary, plus superannuation on all hours worked.Stability: Permanent full-time opportunities available with a focus on long-term career growth.Safety First: Work in a safety-oriented environment where your well-being is our top priority.Fortnightly Pay Cycle: Enjoy a consistent and reliable pay schedule.Ready to Take the Next Step?If you're ready to elevate your career and contribute to our success, we want to hear from you.
